Retell AI / “SWTCH Customer Story”

Retell AI’s game-changing technology allows customers to receive help from very human-like AI voice agents on support calls and promises to revolutionize the support centre industry forever. One of Retell’s happiest clients is SWTCH Energy, an EV charging company located in Etobicoke. SWTCH agreed to be profiled in a case study video, so the San Francisco-based Retell deployed Minifridge to SWTCH’s office to make the video happen.

Minifridge Media put together a small, efficient crew and travelled to Etobicoke on a sunny day this fall to shoot an interview with SWTCH’s CEO, Carter Li, as well as capture footage of their office, staff and operations. The most interesting part of the shoot, and the resulting video, was when Carter tested Retell’s technology live on camera by calling one of their AI support agents pretending to be a customer in need. The Retell agent was able to solve Carter’s problem and resolve the ticket without getting a human involved, proving on-camera just how helpful Retell is for businesses who need a large support centre but can’t afford a huge staff.
