Minifridge Media was tasked with creating a compelling lifestyle video to launch TEK Tower, a new development in Kitchener’s tech district. Embracing the tech theme, Minifridge Media shot on location at hubs like Communitech and the University of Waterloo, casting dynamic young professionals to represent the future residents.

The team handled all creative, casting, production, and post. The result was a launch video that drove record-breaking success: 8,600+ registrations, 80% of units sold in two months, and a 23% website conversion rate—tripling IN8’s average and setting a new market benchmark. Long story short, this building was a blockbuster, and our video was partly to thank.
